22nd Century Group, Inc. (“22nd Century,” “we,” “us” or “our”) understands that when you use our services, you are entrusting us with your personal information. This policy is effective as of December 2, 2020.

Data Transfer from EU to US
We are located in the United States, and the information gathered from you will be processed there. The United States has not been given an “adequacy” finding by the European Union.
